Shipping

ship2user.com is the corporate site for our portfolio of specialist e-commerce stores. Product shipping is handled by each individual member store.
How shipping works across the ship2user portfolio
ship2user does not sell products directly. Each member store operates its own transactions, with shipping direct from the respective brand partner (manufacturer) to the customer. Shipping policies, freight carriers, delivery timelines, and freight rates vary by store depending on the product category and origin.
General principles across our stores
Across the portfolio, we operate under a consistent set of principles:
- Direct from manufacturer. Product ships direct from our brand partners’ facilities, minimizing handling and lead time.
- North America coverage. All member stores ship throughout the United States and Canada. Canadian customers on US-origin shipments should expect brokerage/handling fees to apply, administered by the freight company.
- Freight quoted at checkout. Freight is calculated during checkout on each store. If freight is materially miscalculated for edge cases (very remote or water-access-only locations), the store will contact you before shipping.
- Inspection on delivery. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting goods at time of delivery. If visible damage exists, call the store while the driver is still present so freight claims can be filed correctly.
- Refused shipments. Refused parcels are not covered — the customer is responsible for return freight, duty, and any fees.
