Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are ship2user, c/o Dave Hammond, Founder & Owner/Operator, a company registered in Ontario, Canada at 1525 Point O Woods Road, Mississauga, ON L5G 2X6.

We operate ship2user.com (the “Site”), which serves as the corporate home of the ship2user e-commerce ecosystem. ship2user is the developer, owner, and operator of a portfolio of specialist online stores in complex, logistics-heavy verticals, serving customers across North America since 2004. These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and ship2user. By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are indicated by updating the “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The Site is intended for users at least 18 years old.

1. Our Services

ship2user.com provides information about ship2user and our portfolio of member stores. Product transactions occur on the individual member store sites, each of which has its own Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Refunds & Returns Policy. See our Shipping and Refunds & Returns pages for links to each store’s policies.

The information provided on ship2user.com is not intended for distribution in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to law. Those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site and download or print portions of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial or internal business use.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you submit is true, accurate, and current, and you will maintain its accuracy;
• You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms;
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction where you reside;
• You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, scrapers);
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. AI-Assisted Communications

ship2user.com uses AI-powered tools — including OpenAI’s GPT-4o and Anthropic’s Claude — to assist with visitor communications via our on-site chat widget and email follow-ups. AI-generated responses are intended to be accurate and helpful but should not be relied on as the sole basis for any material decision.

If any AI-generated communication contains an error, we reserve the right to correct it. An AI-generated statement does not constitute a binding contractual commitment unless confirmed in writing by a human representative of ship2user. 5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or Content from the Site to build any collection, database, or directory without our written permission;
• Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable law or regulation;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks connected to it;
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the Site;
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site;
• Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us.

6. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party sites, including our member stores and external references. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. When you transact on a member store, that store’s Terms of Service govern the transaction.

7. Site Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; and manage the Site to protect our rights and property.

8. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove Content on the Site at our sole discretion, without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use of it.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
